Once we receive your email, we will draft a design based on your specifications and send it back to you within 48 hours for approval. After you approve the design, your custom tumbler will be shipped within one day.

Each tumbler is double walled and has a vaccum seal. It is also coated with FDA compliant epoxy to give it that smooth glossy finish. Because these are handmade we cannot make them exactly alike so there will be minor variation to the tumbler you receive. Colors may vary depending on monitor and screen settings.

Please allow up to 2 weeks to process your order. Final coat of epoxy takes 3 days to cure before shipping. If you need your order sooner please purchase the express shipping listing in our shop.
